Developing: Mickey Rooney Dies at 93

Legendary actor Mickey Rooney died today at 93. Rooney has not been doing well physically for some time.
Early in his career, he was the first teenager to be nominated for an Oscar for his role in “Strike Up the Band” in 1940.
