The Employment Non-Discrimination Act passed through the U.S. Senate today, with a vote of 64-32. As expected, Sen. Ted Cruz (TX-R) and Sen. Rand Paul (KY-R) both voted nay on the legislation, while Sen. Diane Feinstein (CA-D) and Sen. Barbra Boxer (CA-D) opposed the legislation with the help of Sen. Joe Manchin (WV-D) who was the final democrat to shift their position in support of the bill.
